just a quickie, if I may?

When you completed and filled in your 'template' letter ( STICKY), stating the reasons why you disagreed with WCA/DESCRIPTORS/POINTS etc...Did you only take it with you on the day of your tribunal hearing? or did you send it to the tribunal beforehand??

Hello again. Well, I checked my papers and sadly didn't keep the right piece of paper when I thinned them out recently. I have a feeling we sent this before the tribunal, but I can't actually remember [embarassing].

 

Right, I just checked with my OH and he says we sent it beforehand. Obviously you'll take a copy on the day and refer to it.

 

I think it's right to give the tribunal time to consider what you're saying, but it would be nice if Erika would confirm this is what she would recommend.

 

Is it soon?

Yes, definately send it in to the tribunal before hand, take a copy with you. The tribunal will often refuse to accept new evidence brought along on the day.

I would have otherwise, just have took it with me on the day, just as well I checked with you..thankyou!

No HB, not had a date yet? Tribunal papers originally said 'not before August'? my representative says that we would have heard by now, if it was going to be heard in August??.....So Still just 'trawling through Hospital medical records and documents, Consulatants letters to my GP ETC etc getting things prepared and wondering how much of the 300 pages to send as 'evidence'?..... Will let you know when I hear
