now i may be wrong but eire is not part of the uk

 

a company registered in eire is not registered in companies house so

 

how come a uk dca/sols issue an statutory demand in the uk for a company registered outside the uk

 

can the uk insolvency service be used

 

i dont think so

Maybe a call to the Insolvency Helpline might offer some clarity ?
