Wrong Information from Travel Agent - Missed Flights

Entry and entry clearance and visa needs are the responsibility of the traveller.

I dont see any recourse here for a cause of action,and this is absolutely nothing to do with any party being British or Foreign.

Also I dont agree with Buzby either.Leave to remain gives unrestricted exit and entry from the Country.

 

In the end, we didnt pursue it as I didnt see a clear course of action.

 

With regards to him being foreign, Im not sure why Billy_style felt the need to get involved in an old thread and not contribute with any useful information.

 

As for him being granted citizenship, this was only in the past month - so it was not pointed out in reference to the original post. And without a doubt, im sure any future trips abroad will include a full visa requirement check beforehand!
