I think it may do for compliance purposes; may do!

Re: the copy application form; this appears to be incomplete.

Surely, there were 9 items listed on these application forms?

There also appears to be an anomaly in the addresses:

The application form states:

issued by the RBS plc

200 Priory Crescent

Southend-on Sea

Essex

SS99 9EX. (most certainly the 1999 terms states this address and not the address below)

Whereas, the Terms state:

This is a Tesco Credit Card Agreement, made between us;

Tesco Personal Finance Limited

PO Box 6050

Southend-on-Sea

Essex

SS99 1WL.

Not convinced that these terms relate to 1997; a little later, perhaps?

You may wish to check with another member who has a copy of the 1997 terms.

IMHO then this is worthless

Sorry I'm quite new to all this, whats a IMHO?. It just seems that Tesco have added the second form when I complained that it was just an application form. The letter they sent back with this second form was quite blunt too saying that the account is not in dispute. I'll upload it later.

In Tesco's view, the account is not in dispute; they would say that, wouldn't they!

However, it clearly is "In Dispute" as you have stated such.

Tesco, mind games...

I'm not sure if I did or not, how do I find out?

PPI, should be mentioned on the application form but as I stated prior, the copy that you have scanned is incomplete?

Maybe, you only scanned part; there should be 9 points, however, some are missing: 4 & 9.

Check your copy!
