Just had a letter from Barclays saying they have removed our £250.00 reserve!

How rude! said they do continual checks with CRA's (i do have 2 defaults) why did they not check before giving it to us then... we have had it for over a year!

Not that we use the dam thing and im sure its prob better not having it, as we dont go overdrawn anyway.

Idiots:p

Rant over

Mandy, if you had used the reserve, even 1p of it they would charge you £22.00. For a change they have done you a favour(shocked to use those words in the same sentence).

The day they sent me the letter saying they were giving me 30 days notice, I checked on-line and I was £3.27 in credit.

There were some small d/d 's coming out, which would have taken me over, so they are not happy with the way my account was being run and gave me 30 days notice.

I take it they will charge me £19.50 commision as they call it, so I have'nt a clue how much I'll have to pay when it's the end off my 30 days notice.

Counted up my charges and there's something like £250, starting a claim against them shortly.

Regards.

Scott.

I know, don't know who they think they are, just upgarded me to a Visa card too, think that may have been standard accross the board.

Did you claim any charges back from them.
