Sounds good, in a RW&C kind a way, but I'm seriously moving to

Legal Action now, as the changed Thread Title suggests..

Everything that has occurred over the last year is now going to

be used against them in every way possible..

In short.. I'm now putting a claim together against them..

I've said all along that Moorcroft only reply using template letters, never take anyone to court themselves, ('cause they know how risky it actually is.) and undertrained staff. And now DMD has more than proved them right. Not only do they prove it, but also show they don't keep proper records when someone complains.

Ever get the feeling we could in future totally kick a DCA's ass in court when we provide recorded evidence of delivery and copies of letters sent to these muppets? And they cannot provide anything, apart from being incompetent, let alone produce an enforceable CCA.

They need to set up an "oooh sh1t - Divison" When DMD has finished with them I have a feeing they will need it. :D:D:D

No problem Dave. I hate Moorcroft, and more than happy to contribute anything that adds to their misery. :D

Think I will be moving my ISA from the Cheshire if Paula is in charge of training. After seeing her Moorcroft antics, I have lost my faith in their ability to keep my money safe.

I've written the opening page of the Particulars of Claim, I just need

to get my head around writing the full complaint now, and putting together

an evidence pack of sorts..

I will of course post the full claim here, when I know they've had it

for a full week... And it's been signed for... But I must reiterate that it

will take me quite some time to pull almost a full year of shenanigans

into a viable claim!!

Its not that we cant afford it but l try and limit to so much per month.

I am going to see what l can do. A cancer charity is one of the better suggested ideas for donations.

Just read this thread for the first time

Pure class, nice work DMD

Its the way she so calmly took the "Xmas card" statement!

I'm going through a period where I just cannot be arsed to reply to any of them so just ignore, ignore, ignore

omnia praesumuntur legitime facta donec probetur in contrarium

Please note: I am not a member of the legal profession, all advice given is purely my opinion, if in doubt consult a professional
