Good luck in court tommorow,I will be keeping my fingers crossed,Just one thing you say you got three copies of everything i have seen on some threads that it may be a good ideat to have a couple more spare copies,As Bankerrhyneswith and some other people have had a nasty experience of the judge or claimant lossing their copies of your bundle and then they ask for your bundle so you badly disadvantaged in your defence as you lost your bundle,This happenend to Bankerrhymeswith in his court case

Hi Sunflower thanks for the good wishes, That is the problem with mine.

I couldn't put in a good defence to defend as Howard Cohen never sent me anything to argue my case.

They will need to produce the originals tomorrow in Court, But according to Howard Cohen there not turning up to Court.

Yes i thought i remembered reading about that happening on other threads too,What a horrible unfair tactic to use against an LIP,i can not believe as judge who is supposed to be fair to eveyone in court could allow this to happen,

There isn't a template for a Skelly, as each one is different and unique to that claim, so I'm not sure how much help this will be, then;

My Judge was a right stinker lol the solicitors did not forward to the court the updated bundle the judge asked for and she still aloud it to go ahead if the judge did not have the docs in front of them it should of been adjourned.

 

Hey still never mind as i have bigger fish now lol i have a feeling 2010 is going to be a very good year for me

I really don't want to panic you at this late stage, but I'm very confused by this thread.

 

From what I can see, you haven't posted your defence statement up on here? From what I read, you've put a bemused/holding defence forward, (haven't you?) but as they've now supplied documents in response to either that or your CPR request, a bemused/holding defence probably won't hold up.

 

I think you should have amended that defence once those documents were sent.

 

Also, I can't see any bundle/statements being submitted to the Court in time for the 14th deadline?

 

I may be wrong, as the threads have been moved about a bit and I'm not totally over what the basis of your statement of case is, but I'm just concerned that you need to be fully prepared for the hearing tomorrow and I wanted to flag this up.

I've not put up any bundle/statements as they never sent me any to put a defence up. All i received was a copy of the notice of asignment, and two cut off pieces. Howard Cohen has ask for this case to be adjourned for 30 days. That's why i asked the Court at the beginning of last month to chase them up for documents. Howard Cohen still have to submit the originals at Court tomorrow. I sent a amended defence in as soon as i received those papers, explaining why i couldn't put in a proper defence till i receive all the paperwork in from the Claiment.
