Sorry for the delayed reply.

 

The envelope has TNT on it but also has the same S as UK Mail. Confusing

TNT is the same kind of service, Scrapper. They deliver to the Royal mail sorting offices who then do the "final mile" eg the actual delivery. ..

 

I think this has been done to death in the Harrison v Link High Court judgment.

 

 

If they insist on using this service to send their Default Notices, then they should allow a minimum of 4 business days (as per 2nd class mail regs for service) extra on their dates within the DN.

 

I am sure I have some information somewhere that deals with this. I will have a root around tomorrow.
