Hello,

Over the past few weeks I have been pointing people in the direction of this site but have had so many people come back to me saying that they can't get on.

At first I thought it might just be a busy server thing and told them to try again, but now lots of friends are saying they have registered only to not be allowed back on, and have either had to try registering again or give up as they can't get on for love nor money. I just wondered if this was an actual technical fault or just something they are doing wrong and I should advise them to do x and y so they can get on?

Cheers,

Trace. x

Can you give us more details as to exactly what is happening or any error messages so we can look into it .The last thing we want is people being unable to access the site but we need exact details so we are able to look into in propperly.

Right, basically everyone is saying the same thing:

Wrong username or password. You have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!

All of them are adamant that they haven't put their login details in wrong and that this appears even when they try again the following day (as in the first try this morning this would have appeared).

I could believe it was wrong data entered if it were 1 or 2 but its 7 friends that have said this to me now so I'm baffled. Here I am going on and on about how great this site is and they have managed to get on once but not again, one of my friends has even posted a couple of times, and now can't get back on.

Is there anything I should tell them to do or try?
