I originally sent the standard letter requesting a refund of my charges which total £264.00 on the 8th March, I recieved a reply today saying they will look into my complaint and contact me within 4 weeks to let me know.

 

What do I do now???? Do I go ahead with the claim or wait until I receive the next reply.
