Hello

Hope no ones minds me double checking but as I was charged at both ends - for writing out a nationwide flexi cheque with insufficient funds to nat west credit card - cheque was returned by nat west. Tried telephone calls but got no-where so is this a case...

Also do i just write direct to the nationwide solicitor......

Thanks

PS The insufficient funds was my fault, made a goofy with statements....

Read the FAQs - it is all answered ther.

However, as to whether you should deal directly with the NW solicitor, if you know who he is then why not? It will be interesting to see if you get more sensible pragmatic response from him. Keep us informed.
