  3. The RAC bill is more like half the Advantage Gold bill !!
  4. I have had the advantage gold account for some years and a nw account for even more years. The monthly charge just keeps creeping ever upwards - now £12.95 per month. My wife has just had her RAC bill which reminded me about the Green flag included with advantage gold (don't ask why we have been paying for two lots of car cover). I really would appreciate some advice on whether to cancel Advantage or the RAC.

  6. I have a flexi account whereby you are only supposed to write five cheque a month. There was at the time several thousands in it and I wrote five cheques one month and then ordered a foreign currency cheque. Guess what, they charged me for the currency cheque going over the five cheques limit. I am not referring the the currency cheque cost, I mean an extra cost for going over the five cheques even though it was their DD. What do you think - let it go as it was'nt a lot....

Hello Hope no ones minds me double checking but as I was charged at both ends - for writing out a nationwide flexi cheque with insufficient funds to nat west credit card - cheque was returned by nat west. Tried telephone calls but got no-where so is this a case... Also do i just write direct to the nationwide solicitor...... Thanks PS The insufficient funds was my fault, made a goofy with statements....
