Thats right, both barclays & barclaycard, both know of this site, this morning the missus, was charged £3 for going over her overdraft by £2 to get the baby some food... and wash paid the next day, so when i rang them to ask for the refund blah blah blah, the women on the other end, in a very bored voice said "ah so you've also been on that bank action site", to which i replied "dont know what the hell your on, but i want this £3 taken back...so she did.

Next, barclaycard.... £5 over this time and charged £20 :O, i asked WHY it was so OTT, and the guy on the phone said... you could have went over 1p or £50,000 and still been charged £20..... to which i replied "so your encouraging me to massivly over the limit then if i know i'm going to?"

he shut up.... then i asked for the refund of charge and he asked if i'd " heard of the site which is going against banks" again.... i replied "dun owhat the hell you on about" and he gave me the refund lol

Noway of stopping the banks getting on here atall is there?

It doesn't matter if they come on here - although at present if they do then do so illegally.

We have all there IPs and their access are logged.

If this is the case and something we said/write ends up being mentioned in a court case we sit for recovery of a claim, could we have it dismissed?

I don't think that there was any need for the last comment. they are just doing theor job following the policy laiddown by their employers. If they did anything else they would lose their jobs. It is the Execs of the Banks that have set up the charges the way they have not the employees......

It may be harsh but it's true, the standard of the staff who answer the phones at my bank is appalling. You have to fight through two layers of clueless people before you get any sense out of them.

Apologies if I offended anyone though.

That's what they are paid for. To stop you getting to someone who can make a decision.

The law, in its majestic equality, forbids the rich as well as the poor to sleep under bridges, to beg in the streets, and to steal bread.
