Well if every brick is worth 50 pence, it could be deemed partial settlement of alleged debts, they should be grateful for it too considering they have pretty much admitted no CCA and that they won't contact me again, but then continuously write to me, deliberately at wrong address suddenly.

The financial system is collapsing, time to raise a glass to the end of the biggest pyramid scheme in history - The Debt Industry :whoo:

Look at it objectively, they have already admitted in writing that they have nothing they can enforce, nothing they say or do after that is just waffle.

I would continue to complain to anyone who will listen but don't respond to Lowells. Anything you tell them will be time and effort wasted

You know they cannot enforce the debt so anything they do merely reinforces your case.

You have a letter confirming no CCA and no further contact will be made. That letter went to your current address. As already mentioned the companies named are all part of the same group. Later letters are all going to a previous address despite them being fully aware of your current address.

1. Report to OFT. Breach of guidelines contuning to contact when said they would not. Possibly a breach of CPUT too as they are deliberately using a previous address to attempt hiding the fact they are still writing.

2. Report to ICO. They are well aware of your current address, writing to an address they know is incorrect breaches data protection, ie they are doing everything to incorrectly disclose personal data to a 3rd party.

3. Might as well throw in a complaint to Trading Standards too. Lowlife will then be forced into admitting they are using an address they know is incorrect.

4. Ignore lowlife, as 3 above will correct them.
