Hey all,

I just wondered about something. I sent my initial claim letter off to Nationwide and am awaiting a response from them.

But i just noticed this morning that they have slapped another £20 charge on my account and £2.77 of interest

what do you do about this? The amount i put in my claim letter obviously didn't include this. Will they include this when considering my claim Or if they don't reply and I send a second letter should i then include that amount as well? I know this might seem a silly question but just want to check this out.

Thanks guys

Tom

They will not stop making charges. Just keep adding them to your total claimed.

The law, in its majestic equality, forbids the rich as well as the poor to sleep under bridges, to beg in the streets, and to steal bread.
