Sorry if this is in the wrong section but could anyone help me word a letter/email to complain.

 

Recently upgraded to Sky + last week and came home to find this mess left by the engineer -

Our neighbour had sky + installed a couple of weeks before -

I really think I should complain so could anyone help me with an email to send and who I would send this email to.

It may be worth registering with Sky on line if you are not already, then accessing their site to find their help phone numbers/email contacts.

James.Murdoch@sky.com is the email addy you need. He won't answer personally, but you will receive a reply from high level complaints.

AFAIK it's still the generic complaint email addy, worked for me about a month ago. Failing that try Jeremy.Darroch@sky.com
