I have been writing to studio cards about the balance on my account that is increasing every month due to interest and admin charges.

I have been writing to them since November last year when I paid them what I calulated to be my outstanding balance.

I have written requesting a copy of my credit agreement as I dont ever recall signing one.

Thye have sent me back a blank agreement! No name, account number or signatures.

WHat should I do next?

Also, I have been writing to the Co-op on behalf of my parents, neither of them work & they have been paying a credit card off since about 1990!! They are both disabled and the original amoutn was about £2500, Co-op are still requesting over £1000! Is there anything you can suggest that may help them get this amount reduced or written off? They are at their wits end and currently have less income than their outgoings!

Please Help if you can!!

all of your date (statements) you can start the process of reclaiming all of the charges.

Bit confused - you say a hardship case - do you mean in teh courts?

If so, it is only bank account cases which are stayed at the moment, not credit card cases.

All help is merely my opinion only - please seek legal advice if you need to as I am only qualified in SEN law.
