hi to u all great forum keep up the good work. i need a little bit of advise if any one can help me i wrote to yorkshire on the 6th feb requesting a cca, i received the letter back on fri 22nd feb, what looks like a application form and a copy of a visa card condition of use on the application the account number is diffrent to the one on the letter i dont now if it is the proper one your advise would be most appriciated thanks marjie06

Hi you would need to scan the documents onto computer then remove all personal data and then use something like photobucket to post them on your thread for the experts to give an opinion on them.

Hi in photobucket just click on IMG code "copied" will appear on screen for a few seconds then start a new posting in your thread

 

click on message entry screen | so

 

then right click and in menu click on paste. try the preview post option and your document should be on screen.

hi all can some on advise me please i am sending a letter of to yorkshire bank i requested a cca they sent me what looks like a application form above i have just notice the account number on the application form is different to the one on the letter what would be the next step be the advice would be appriciate thanks:(

Can you scan and post all the documents up?

Remove all personal details but leave money figures, if any,as they sometimes help

Hmm difficult to see from that image, but is there any mention of an interest rate, a credit limit (or how that limit would be determined), and your repayment obligations?

 

Is there any reference in that document to any terms & conditions either overleaf or otherwise? if so, were these included with that document?

Are those conditions of use linked (other than by referal) to the main signed document.

Do they have your signature, account number, name anything?

 

Do they have the prescribed terms - an interest rate, a credit limit (or how that limit would be determined), and your repayment obligations?
