hi thanks to you all for some information,

citi refused to answer any letters of mine so i rang the data protection officer, richard cooke , who asked me to fax a copy of the judgement order, i did and still nothing .

after 2 weeks left a message with MR COOKE that i am instructing the baillifs to collect my money. finally got a response from Sarah Plaza , office of the chief Executive , who has paid my money and said it was for default charges , they cant get anything right.

 

so thats been paid , but no application form sent to me.

can i do a poc with options on it for the repayment of the ppi, either it wa pre selected or i was given the wrong advice.

 

any help will be great as usual.

had constant communication with citi and they agreed to repay in full all the ppi plus interest at the CI rate, plus all charges as long as i sign the new TOMLIN ORDER.

 

recieved the payment and have banked the cheque.

Can you confirm as to whether the Tomlin order states any confidentiality clauses ?

If this is the case and you have signed it,then you will have to observe those conditions.

Ok I am happy to approve the post,since you can confirm there was no third party non disclosure attatched as a pre condition.

Though I have to say this is quite unusual-there seems very little point in issuing a consent order to address the money side of a claim alone-its quite strange.

having read through the order from the court the judge had ordered citi to produce the credit finance agreement, "the original" 14 days before the hearing.

i havnt had that before.

have considered the points you have raised , i had an agreement form sent by email for me to sign and send it back by fax, it was done in a hurry as i was going away for holiday and the court hearing fee was due to be paid.

thats most probably the reason then.

i havnt any other papers from them as yet or from the courts.

let you know when i hear any more.
