The public register of consumer credit licnse holders on 020 7211 8608 says DKB Collections Ltd has no category E credit license.

The OFT says: Trading without a licensing arrangement is a criminal offence and can result in a fine and/or imprisonment.

REad: The Office of Fair Trading: Consumer credit licences

They clamped this car and placed a sticker on the window identifying themselves as DKB Collections Ltd.

Busted!

The 2nd Clamp is the DVLA, The car's tax expired while clamped by DKB.

I did provide a list of bailiff companies who are not holding licences. According to the previous search that our company did your information is right.

There are a few other companies without licences including Task Enforcement I believe.

The OFT says its a criminal offence. File a complaint to the police, oh wait! Two (nameless) police officers said on record the criminal offences committed by bailiffs, namely, breaking & entering, theft and ABH are civil matters.
