Hi Guys,

I received the following PCN

"46 parked on a clearway where stopping is prohibited"

The road had no yellow lines of any description, however there was some sort of "clearway between 8am-9.30am" sign around 30yards away (not really visable from the car).

I have a couple of photos I'll try to upload.

.

I have drawn circles around the nearest signs I could see!

You can click on the pictures to make them bigger.

The location was Belfast.

Thanks in advance

Many Thanks!

No offence taken I was just messing about!

The NI equivalant of the RTA 1991 is the Traffic Management (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 which allows Traffic attendants to issue tickets on behalf of the regional authoritys 'Roads Service' agency who use NCP to enforce. PCNs are £60 and subject to the 50% reduction the same as the mainland.
