Hi guys,

Just a quick question. I am about to put forward a claim for around £800 as Nationwide have basically said i I have no chance of getting any money back from them. The problem is I have recently had a couple more charges added to the list. Can I just add these to the total they owe me or do I need to send another letter to Nationwide asking for these charges to be refunded before I can go ahead with the court proceedings?

Also does it go against me that I don't currently have a wage coming in at the moment. My account is also -£750 because of these charges.

Many Thanks

Just add them on. I had to as they did everything in their power to stop me getting any info on my balance from them! And no, it won't go against you not having a wage going in.

Good luck :)
