DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

afternoon

have recieved the letter from swift regarding the transfer to them today , new agreement number also , in the letter reads this

insurance arrangements

if the loan is secured on your property, you should contact your current buildings insurer and advise them that coast finaance solurions s.a.r.l no longer have a interest in your insurance policy and that their details should be replaced with those of swift advances plc

anyone advise on that

thanks

hello dx100uk

its a old welcome finance loan from 2009 might be longer

coast are on the house deeds , but now swift have taking over the loan ,

just strange it says that , because is it not the loan company that put that on the deeds

deeds or insurance?

what are they going on about regarding buildings ins? that was my question.?

or are you getting the two confused?

the deeds will simply be updated to swift now being the owner of the secured loan, as coast did from welcome
