  1. Good afternoon fellow forum users, apologies in advance as I've never posted before and want to give as much info as possible but there is a bit to tell and I don't want to bore you all to death so I'll try to be as brief and concise as possible. Yesterday I received 4 parking notices from a company claiming to be PCS and one penalty parking charge from the London Borough of Newham for a 52m - failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of motor vehicle contravention. In total the bill is currently standing at almost £500 ( 4 counts of £60 from PCS and £130 from Newham). All these offenses are claimed to have taken place between the 1st and 5th Dec 2018. All of these documents claim to have visual evidence of 'the vehicle' and it's true that there are attached CCTV grabs of a car of the same make and model as mine and a matching number plate although I have never been to Newham, and not really sure where it is? So am assuming that these are cloned plates. Have already contacted the Police and they have given me a crime ref no and will also be contacting the DVLA as they advised so I'm pretty sure I can sort that issue out with Newham. However, the so called 'parking charges' issued by PCS parking collection services. PO box 271. Ashton Under Lyme OL6 0DL are more of an issue as having done some digging online and through this website I am now under the suspicion that these may not be legit as the company appears to have a somewhat suspect reputation in what I can find and I don't particularly relish more lovely envelopes dropping on the mat. the salient points in this matter are 1: of the four offences they claim, they can only provide me with pictures in two instances out of the four dates involved. And two of the claimed offences are for different dates but same PCN no and times, although same company ref no. 2: It is clear from these pictures that there might actually be two different cars involved with the same plate as mine as two of the sets of photos provided for two different dates appear to show one silver like mine and then one light green 3: The number plate displayed is marked different to mine in so much as it doesn't appear to be held on my screws at all and definitely doesn't have any other writing, such as a dealer name or post code etc or a visible crack down like mine has. 4: Having done all the necessary via the police, taking pictures, noting colour change etc It should be quite straight forward to lodge an appeal online but their website just will not let me and after two attempts I got suspicious and gave up. I do apparently have the option to download and submit a written form but I decided to go do some more digging before that and what I have found on PCS - albeit somewhat earlier dated by some time - doesn't show them up well and I;m now wondering what else I can do or investigate before I do commit to a postal appeal? I will Deal with the Newham issue directly, but have no intention of, admitting any liability, paying any monies or giving any more details than necessary to PCS, but Can anyone offer any advise or other information before I proceed any further? thanking you all in advance.
  2. Hello I could use some help - On 1 January 2018 I visited Margate and paid and parked in the town. Having finished the visit it was becoming dark and I was driving back towards Ramsgate when the satellite navigation system on my phone jammed. I pulled off the road into an empty car park (the Lido) which looked closed and run down, to attend safely to the satellite system on the mobile phone. when I had gotten the navigation system working again I tried to find my way back onto the main road again. There are a number of posts missing from the side of the car park which lead onto a road which I mistook for the exit. At a certain point I realised this was not an exit but in fact Newgate Promenade so I then turned the car around and drove back towards the road by the way that I had entered. When I received the pcn from Parking Eye they included 2 dark pictures with only headlight and number plate visible - entering (16.47) and leaving (16.57) the time difference being 10 minutes. I had no idea they were taking pictures on the site I suspect there are no signs stating this fact. Since then I appealed to parking eye and then POPLA I include a pdf of the appeal to POPLA, I didn't get any advice on legal arguments and they both turned it down. They also refused the pictures of missing posts that I copied from google street view saying they were from 2015 while offering no possibility to provide recent pictures but simply discarding that claim (I include as attachment the POPLA verdict). Now I have received a claim form dated 23 July 2018 from the County Court Business Centre for £175. I would usually pay a parking fine to avoid the hassle but as I find this so unfair I continue to wish to contest it. I have only a few days left to send in my defence the court has given me an email address, I have untill 4pm this Tuesday (28 Aug 2018). I believe the defence needs to cover any points I wish to make so I need to sort them out very quickly. I have been reading about the very similar case of 'yourturntopay' [Parking Eye claimform - ANPR PCN Lido car park, Cliftonville, Kent BB on Display] which sounds very similar only I was in the other half of the car park which has a bigger sign by the entrance but otherwise looks the same. I wonder if it would be possible to use the same arguments? My arguments in the POPLA appeal (in the pdf attachment Parking Ticket Margate 1-1-18 redacted) were that I never intended to park I pulled over for road safety concerns to fix the sat-nav. Because the posts in the car park were missing I mistook the exit route and thus prolonging the stay this being due to the bad state of repair of car park. It was only 10 minutes in total so petty to try to charge I didn't mention the fact that it was badly lit, and I believe the notice board by the entrance is not lit but I didnt know if this would be an acceptable argument at the time and didnt mention it. Also I am unaware what courtesy period Parking eye allow as to give a ticket after only 10 minutes seems extreme. Unfortunately I live in London so taking pictures of the car park and checking the condition is pretty difficult and would mean a 5 hour trip. -Any advice/suggestions on how best to proceed would be much appreciated - I have to send in my defence (the court has given me an email address) by 4pm this Tuesday (28 Aug 2018) so only 3 days left. I thought a courtesy period of 10 minutes was law but I’m not sure where I saw that now?, does anybody know if parking eye allow a courtesy period in their car parks as one would imagine 10 minutes to be reasonable? 3. Dear all, I wonder if anyone could help me please. I received a letter from Gladstones Solicitors for a parking charge that was apparently dished out last year (16/04/2017). They recently sent a letter before claim but the letter was not even signed and did not include any evidence of their claim, this being the case I just ignored it thinking they were taking the mick. I have now just received a Claim form from the County court business centre. To be fair it looks like a document someone created on their PC and photocopied... again unsigned by a Kirsty Ann Jenkinson. The form is addressed to the keeper of the vehicle who has never visited the site at any time in their entire life. They are claiming that £248.69 is owed. I think this is ridiculous and feel like I should report them to the Police for attempting to gain funds via deception. Is anyone able to offer any assistance please?? I'm not sure what I should do and I do not want the keeper of the vehicle to be held liable for a charge that is blatantly undue. As far as I am aware, no contract has been made because the keeper has never visited the place where they claim the parking charge was issued. It says "The driver of the vehicle xxxx xxx incurred the parking charge for breaching the terms of parking on the land. The defendant was driving the vehicle and/or is the Keeper of the vehicle. I'm not sure what to do... I would appreciate any assistance that could be offered. Thank you kindly in advance,
  4. Hi all, Just received a Notice to Keeper from Gemini stating that the vehicle broke the following condition, parking in a disabled bay. The registered keeper is disabled and was receiving treatment as the time within the hospital, to the best of knowledge the blue badge was displayed. is it worth appealing given these circumstances? The notice also says that they contacted the keeper recently, they didn't this is the first we have heard of this. Any advice would be appreciated. 5. Hi, I've read through a lot of posts, but can't find one that directly deals with my issue. Please find attached the notice & pics sent to me. I live in Scotland, so can't get any pics of any signage before the 14 days. I don't remember there being any notices except for the usual pay and display notices, The problem with the parking bay was that if I had moved forward I would have had the front of the car over and I thought this would have made it more awkward for the cars next to me. 1 Date of the infringement 07/08/2018 2 Date on the NTK [this must have been received within 14 days from the 'offence' date] 13/08/2018 3 Date received 16/08/2018 4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? 6. Hello. today i received a letter from zenith collections saying they want me to pay £160.00 for an unauthrorised parking charge. the address this was sent to is my old address not where i am living now as me and my wife separated in June 2017. i think the other letters from smart parking have also gone there, which ive never seen or been aware of. they are asking me to pay the £160.00 by 17/12/2018 or theyll start court proceedings and ill have to pay solicitors fees court fees etc. i parked by a local health centre not knowing it was smart parking for the health centre as itss not inside actual car park reason i parked there was my blood sugar was low as i am diabetic and it was the nearest place i could stop to go get something sweet as i did not have anything with me in the car. i would like anyones advice on what is the best thing for me to do ? thank you for reading Geddy1961
  7. Hello everyone, I've recently received a Parking Charge Notice from Park With Ease Ltd (PWE) and I'm looking for some advice. On the 30th December I parked at Ferry Meadows in Peterborough for about 50 minutes and completely forgot to pay my parking fee... that was until yesterday when I received a parking charge letter (dated Thursday 15th February 2018) from PWE - see attached pdf titled "Park With Ease PCN Letter". I've had a little browse at other cases and something that keeps getting mentioned is that they have to send the letter to me within 14 days of the 'offence'. Am I correct in thinking that I would have a good chance of a successful appeal (perhaps with the Independent Appeals Service rather than the initial PWE appeal) based solely on the fact that the letter is dated 33 working days after the 'offence'? Just looking to get some advice before I decide whether or not to appeal the charge. I have no real defence as I completely forgot to pay, so I'm just curious as to whether the 14 day notice period means I don't have to pay. Thanks in advance for any help/advice. Mike. 8. Ive recieved two seperate parking fines for two seperate occasions through the post from the above company demanding £85 up front for each (or £50 if paid within 14 days of issue)for overstaying in Morrisons car park in Grantham. on 23/01/13 issued on 12/02/13 and 30/01/13 issued on 19/02/13, is it legaly binding? is it legal to give the issue dates weeks in advance? im really confused as to what to do. Yes i did overstay i think, but im a student and i was in the library studying and lost track of time, but my overstaying on one occasion was 41 minutes and the second occassion 30 minutes. I cant afford to pay these fines, and im really worried. Can anyone advise me?
  9. Awesome, FINALLY I have received my first ever PPC invoice..... I'm due to go back there and will get some photos of the signage later, but I can categorically say that the signage is woefully inadequate, as you can only see it at the entrance from one direction, this is going to be so much fun! (hopefully?) Plus I will try and find out from the council if the 45 minute max parking rule is legit or not. 1 Date of the infringement 01/10/2018 2 Date on the NTK 05/10/2018 3 Date received 08/10/2018 4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? 10. Hi Looking for advice. Family members were visiting friends and paid and parked for 24 hours in a SIPs car park. placed the ticket on display several people could of been the driver of the said car, and then left before the 24 hour expiry. Today a a letter has been sent to the household house, from SIP stating the who ever was diving the car didn't pay or display a the ticket. NO notice was placed on the car on their return so this is the first that anybody was aware. infant the section on which they were parked its not even clear if SIPs have any right on this section. However there are signs on the entrance so a ticket was purchased. We are hopeful we still have the ticket in the vehicle but given its over 30+ days since the alleged "offence" took and this is the first notice of parking fine! Any advice on the next steps. As 2 of 4 potential drivers are students so £100 fine is a lot!
  11. Hi all, After some advice after receiving a Civil Parking Charge notice for Lidl in Cambridge Street St Neots. 1 Date of the infringement 02/12/18 2 Date on the NTK [this must have been received within 14 days from the 'offence' date] 04/12/18 3 Date received 06/12/18 4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? [y/n?] No, not as far as I can see. 5 Is there any photographic evidence of the event? Yes 6 Have you appealed? {y/n?] post up your appeal] No, only recieved today Have you had a response? [Y/N?] post it up 7 Who is the parking company? Athena 8. Where exactly [carpark name and town] Lidl St Neots, Cambridge Street (there are 2 x Lidl's in St Neots) They operate under IPC. So, as above. I got into the car park at 10.46am on Sunday 2nd December and left at 12.29pm on the same day. Total stay of 1hr 42 mins. Free parking is limited to 1hr 30 mins. I went into Lidl to grab some breakfast before I went to the gym which is right next to Lidl and then went to the gym and then grabbed a bottle of water from Lidl after the gym. Not disputing that I was there that long, I honestly didn't realise I had been there that long. I have no receipts for Lidl. Any advice please would be appreciated.
  12. I need some help in fighting a PPC that is harassing me for parking outside my home. Multiple tickets issued this year. Appealed to PPC for several of these tickets as I had been ignoring them, appeal failed. Did not appeal to POPLA. Now they are issung tickets without a NTD (ticket on windscreen) just photos of my car taken manually. The mutiple tickets before this all had a similar set of photos, but with a photo of the yellow NTD. They apply to DVLA for keepers details immediately and there is only 2 -3 days between date of alleged contravention and me receiving a NTK. This is the timeframe for ANPR tickets under PoFA, but the car park is not ANPR. As far as I am aware, there are only two ways of issuing tickets and thats manually or by automatic number plate recognition. The question is are PPC's allowed to issue tickets by post without a NTD? I've appealed to PPC on some of these but heard nothing back, but its still within timeframe. Grounds were ticket didnt comply with POFA and my deeds specifically state I can park there, and my deeds have primacy over their contract Any advice on how to stop this harassment ?
  13. Hi guys, I received a PCN through the post yesterday 13/05/18 to a civil parking charge notice from Athena ANPR as I overstayed at a LIDL car park. The car park was free for 90 minutes. I overstayed by 50 minutes Entered park: 08//1 at 09.24 Exited park: 08/5/18 at 11:44 I received the PCN yesterday (13/5/18) I have now been charged £90 and told that I will only pay £45 I'd I pay within the next 14 days by this date (24/5/18). I have been sent a letter with photos of my vehicle to prove. I did shop at LIDL on the day, and have the till receipt with me. I'm not usually late but the day in question I overstayed with 50 minutes over of the allowed 90 minutes doing other errands. Any help and advice are greatly appreciated as to what I can do. Thank you, Lloyd
  14. After reading a lot of threads i want to defend this. I've already done the following. pop up on the MCOL website detailed on the claim form. . register as an individual note the long gateway number given then log in . select respond to a claim and select the start AOS box. . then using the details required from the claimform . defend all leave jurisdiction unticked. click thru to the end confirm and exit MCOL. . get a CPR 3114 request running to the solicitors type your name ONLY no need to sign anything. (will be posted to them on monday) Other details: Name of the Claimant ? - Euro parking services limited claimants Solicitors: Gladstone Solicitors Limited Date of issue – 9th Nov 2018 What is the claim for – (to note there is no registration on the letter either) The driver of the vehicle registration (the 'Vehicle') incurred the parking charge(s) on 26/08/2017 for breaching the terms of parking on the land at Lidl & travelodge The Defendant was driving the Vehicle and/or is the Keeper of the Vehicle. AND THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS £160 for Parking Charges / Damages and indemnity costs if applicable, together with interest of £14.25 pursuant to S69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at 8% pa, continuing to Judgement at £0.04 per day. What is the value of the claim? - £174.25 amount claimed, court fee £25.00, legal rep costs £50.00 Total amount £249.25 Has the claim been issued by the Private parking Company or was the PCN assigned and it is the Debt purchaser who has issued the claim ? Euro parking services Were you aware the account had been assigned – did you receive a Notice of Assignment? - Not sure what this is? Other things to note: - There is no pay and display at the car park. There is signage which states customer have "x" amount of time to park as a customer. (Going to check the time on the signage and take photo's) - I have receipt of the driver's purchase at the store - Dated 26/08/2017 with a time of 13:59 - The two photo's in the notice to keeper letter both showing the vehicle moving dated 26/08/2017 and time stamped 14:14 - I no longer own the vehicle - I tried contacting lidl but they basically told me to take it up with euro parking services. What's the best line of defence to take? -Check with the council whether they even have the planning permission? -Check the so called "contract" on the signage and use the receipt to counter the "breach"? -Provide the evidence that car was not parked as per the photos? Thanks in advance
  15. Hoping someone can help me, i have made a genuine mistake but reading through other threads, believe i could escape fine as PE might be operating without correct compliance on site. 1 The date of infringement? 28 November 2018 2 Have you yet appealed to the parking company yet? Note: I had a pretty crappy experience (phoned ASDA to enquire about a service they offer, was encouraged to travel there, they didn't have the proper staff to provide sufficient service, offered me product at half price (was a smeared cake) which i declined) So i am thinking of writing to ASDA's local store manager and Head Office to complain and get a pardon that way.
  16. Father in Law received the PCN (speculative invoice) through the post. The date of the alleged offence was 22/09/18, date of PCN 01/10/18. Interesting scenario. In Laws are Blue Badge holders and have used the car park before with no issues. They remember seeing signs on the wall saying where disabled parking were and parked there. When the PCN came through they went back to check signage to find they have all been removed. Interesting article from their local paper about the car park. Article and redacted PCN attached. I assume usual procedure of ignore! Article from paper.pdf PCN 2.pdf PCN 1.pdf
  17. After parking in the rooftop park of the Gateway Shopping Centre in Trowbridge (Boots, New Look and Next), my wife received a parking charge notice from Smart Parking. At the time she parked there, she went looking for a machine, and found one with a cover saying "not in use". She went further and found a second, identically covered. She assumed all the machines were out and without walking the full area of the car park trying to find another machine, went about has business in Next for about 30mins. The charge would have been 80p. I appealed the charge to SP on their website (as her). They unsurprisingly rejected it. Two points here: 1) in the appeal text submitted online, I referenced Ref Prendi - v- Camden - Case 2100346960 "...the Enforcement Authority cannot expect motorists to tramp [around] trying to find a machine in working order". 2) In their reply letter, they say that all 4 of the original *council* machines were covered, and that there were another 4 SP machines, *of which only two were working*. Let me repeat: Of 8 machines total, 4 were covered and marked "not in use", and 2 of the remaining 4 were not working. My wife then appealed to POPLA who have rejected her appeal: Summary from POPLA: Given that the majority of the machines at the site were not working or were covered the appellant deems it reasonable of her to have assumed the paring[sic] charges were on[sic] in place on the date of contravention. The appellant states that as there were no signs pointing out where or how to pay she deems the parking charge to have been issued unfairly. The relevant sections of the response (they also state the signage meets requirements - which we must accept): Even if a motorist presents extenuating circumstances setting out reasons why they did not keep to the parking conditions, POPLA cannot allow an appeal if a contract was formed and the motorist did not keep to the parking conditions. While I appreciate the appellant’s comments and have no reason to doubt her version of events the terms and conditions of the site, require payment to be made when parking. On review of the signage in place at the site I am satisfied that the operator does clearly offer a cashless payment option for motorists at this site. Fundamentally, it is the motorist’s responsibility to check for any terms and conditions, and either adhere to them or choose to leave. The appellant chose to stay, therefore accepted the terms and the parking charge that the operator subsequently issued She's very annoyed about this because fundamentally, she wasn't trying to get away without spending 80p! Her "fault" appears to be not noticing and pursuing the cashless payment option (she didn't see any signs offering this, but does accept she may have missed them). Should we pay up or push on?! I presume the next step pushing on would be writing to SP telling them we intend to challenge?
  18. Hello everyone. I'm seeking guidance on an invoice attached to my windscreen on 13/08/2018. I failed to display so ended up coming here for that mistake. 19. On 9.12.17 I parked on Lidl in Newcastle Under Lyme and left the car park for half an hour to find out what we needed for a community event and went back to do the shopping for it. Before I had opened the boot to get the shopping bags out the car park guy appeared, ended up getting really aggressive and slapped a ticket on my windscreen. I wrote to them on 13th December No reply but threatening letter in Feb which I responded to saying that I had written to them in December. The letter complained about the persons intimidating behaviour and offered to pay them £20, as that was all I could afford and that I felt that it was a fair offer for a fine for leaving the car park for 20 minutes. I wasn't over the allowed time and did shop in the store. As my dad is the registered keeper, and he was getting the threatening letters, I did advise that I was the driver and that they did not have permission to contact him again about this. I emailed the letter and sent it special delivery, which does show as delivered. I have also since emailed the letter again asking for a response and have sent copies by first class post since. I am sure this isn't the way I should have done this but I have done it now! I have not heard anything since but today have had a Claim Form from Gladstones Solicitors asking for £168.39 parking, £25 court fee and £50 legal costs. They have clearly had my correspondence as it has come to my address not my dad's this time. Any suggestions what my next step should be as I am not sure what to fill in on the form. Surely Euro Parking Services should have responded to the offer I made, even if they didn't agree to it before passing it to Gladstones? Thanks in advance for any help. Sarah
  20. Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and I am not sure where to begin but I am a tad confused about a PCN I received on 18/11/18. I found myself at the Peel Centre in Stockport (first time I've ever been there) and there was an A4 sheet of paper over the parking meter that stated it was free parking on a Sunday. I thought to myself top banana and carried on with my shopping, after an hour or so I find this red notice from MyParkingCharge.co.uk plastered on the windscreen of the vehicle in question. I deduced that rather than walking away maybe I should have entered the reg of the vehicle but the signage didn't seem to stipulate that hence I thought nothing of it. Now, I'm assuming I'm going to get some letters in the post to declare who was driving. I have been looking for similar instances of cases such as mine to no avail so can someone please shed some light on this matter. Do I dispute the PCN? or Do I ignore any correspondence ? Any help would be golden. Ta
  21. Had a letter from ZZPS 71 days after an alleged parking offence was committed. No PCN from Premier Parking Ltd at all (genuinely), would be grateful for any advice. Thanks. As far as I am aware Premier Parking Ltd would have to issue a Parking Charge Notice within 14 days for it to be considered legal. The only problem is the legislation states that the notice is presumed sent unless proven to the contrary, v.hard to prove a negative - but for certainty these notices should be sent out by recorded mail.... as my letters to ZZPS have been.
  22. 1. The date of infringement? 16.08.18 2. Have you yet appealed to the parking company yet? [Y/N?] No 5.Who is the parking company? P4 Parking 6. where exactly did you park? On a double yellow line in Woolwich London. Land owned by Berkeley I parked on the double yellow outside my child’s nursery, with my hazard lights on, as I have been doing for the past year and a half when the 5 allocated parking spaces are full; as all of the parents collecting their children do every day. I always make sure that my parking is not causing a hazard or obstruction. I feel it is worth mentioning that I did have an encounter with a parking warden outside the nursery some time ago when I parked on the double yellow with my wheels on the pavement. The parking warden at the time told me off for having my wheels on the pavement but said I could park on any double yellow surrounding the nursery for 15 minutes (same amount of time allocated to the parking spaces) to collect my child. On the 16.08.18 I was parked on the double yellow for no longer than 15 minutes. As I exited the nursery I noticed a parking warden speaking to one of the parents and overheard the parent apologising. I hot-footed it to my car, got my child inside and then drove off thinking he had not reached my car... only to discover, approx 3 minutes later, the PCN partially hidden below my windscreen. I spoke with the concierge and they advised me to appeal, stating that there was nothing they could do about it themselves. I was fuming and still am because I honestly don’t know what they expect parents to do if there are no available parking spaces. I have to collect my child from the nursery by a certain time or risk being fined. Is it worth me contacting Berkeley to see if they would cancel the ticket? I feel that they have not produced sufficient provision for parent parking and then are penalising those who are left with no option but to park on the double yellow lines. I’ve also considered speaking to the nursery but can imagine they’re not going to want to get involved. Please can someone advise what you think my chances are of appealing and if I do have any, the best way to do it? Thanks in advance. NB. PCN attached.

  24. A friend of mine has received a 'form 6A' from local court in Scotland regarding a parking charge. She has until mid December to answer it. Does anyone have any thoughts on the best way to proceed with this? has not had any contact with Euro Car Parks and she moved house after the alleged event took place so did not receive any of their speculative invoices. She wants to pay it as she is going through a lot at the moment and doesn't want to go to court. How can they prove she was the driver at the time? Thoughts and advice gratefully received. Thanks
  25. I have received a county court business claim form, issued 2 Nov 2018 Claimant Euro parking services Solicitors Gladstones The particulars are The driver of the vehicle registration (the 'Vehicle ') incurred the parking charge(s) on 06/01/2018 for breaching the terms of parking on the land at Maghull Centre The Defendant was driving the Vehicle and/or is the Keeper of the Vehicle AND THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS £160 for Parking Charges/Damages and indemnity costs if applicable, together with interest of £9.37 pursuant to s69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at 8% pa continuing to Judgment at £0.04 per day. I am no longer the Keeper of the Vehicle they refer to having transferred it to Liverpool on 31 October 2018 in part exchange This claim form has arrived 10 months after the date of the initial parking charge. I am shocked, as this county court claim form is the first time I have been made aware of a penalty charge on 6 Jan 2018. I have not had a ticket or anything attached to the vehicle on that date or any other date. After numerous difficult phone calls and enquiries I had to inform Euro parking of the vehicle details and registration. Something which I think should have been included in the particulars of claim. ( i contacted the county court and they said they would have expected vehicle detail to be more identifying). After providing details and registration i was given the following from Euro parking:- On 6 Jan 2018 an attendant took a photo of the vehicle parked outside the parameters of a parking space . When he returned later the vehicle had gone, there was no mention of what time he returned Since that date I was informed that a notice was sent to me 10 Jan 2018 Then again 7 Feb 2018 Then again in March And since then something was sent in May I have never received any of this correspondence. The first I have known of any event on 6 Jan is the arrival of a County Court Claim I am very upset that I feel so threatened by a claim of £ 244.37 so long after the supposed event. The proof has never been made available to me until I contacted Euro Parking Services and had to provide them with the vehicle details and registration. I feel this is dubious and questionable. The amount is £ 169.37 Court fee. 25. Legal rep costs. 50. Total £ 244.37 I would appreciate any advice. I have a preliminary defence ready to be adjusted before submitting the claim form. I think I have to do this before 20 November Thanks for your attention
