  1. Hello everyone. I'm seeking guidance on an invoice attached to my windscreen on 13/08/2018. I failed to display so ended up coming here for that mistake. I have not made any contact and I have already filled in the following. 1 The date of infringement? 13/08/2018 2 Have you yet appealed to the parking company yet? [Y/N?] No If you haven't appealed yet - ,......... have you received a Notice To Keeper? (NTK) [must be received by you between 29-56 days] what date is on it Did the NTK provide photographic evidence? No NTK received yet 3 Did the NTK mention Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (PoFA) [Y/N?] 4 If you appealed after receiving the NTK, did the parking company give you any information regarding the further appeals process? [it is well known that parking companies will reject any appeal whatever the circumstances] 5 Who is the parking company? AS PARKING LTD 6. where exactly [Carpark name and town] did you park? 3. Hi, I'm new to here and you all have probably read this type of thing before, but what I need is a clear and defined approach to dealing with a specific problem. My other half had fallen behind with her council tax payments, agreed with Cornwall Council to pay of x amount per month, They, then took the payments of this years Council Tax bill, and put her into default on the old one. That's by the by. They then passed the outstanding debt of £826 onto Rossendales i... I don't know exactly what happened after that, i April of this year a Bailiff turned up, let himself in and MADE her sign the "walking Possession" , basically she got flustered having never been in this situation before and signed it.. the bill then became £889.. she agreed to pay £50 a month, they said that was unacceptable, but she paid them two months then didn't pay the next one, yesterday I was here alone and a chap turned up, he said he was from Rossendales and gave me a letter.. the letter reads, FINAL NOTICE, magistrates liability order/warrant of execution for council Tax (its a standard form with the date and amount filled in by hand) they want £1022 in full in 24 hrs, or they are coming to remove the items.. She phoned them this morning, offered to pay them £100 as that is all she can afford, he basically said Tough, it's not his problem it's hers.. he was sorting out the paperwork and coming to collect the items.. she's phoned Cornwall Council debt advice line and they told her to pay them the £100 but make sure she don't leave them in the house... etc etc... Now, only having found this site in the last few hours I've read through as much as I can, without my eyes and head exploding. can someone (one of your experts) give me detailed or at least a step by step guide on what to do now ??? by way of an add on, I have just looked at the notice of distress, the inventory for the WALKING Possession is for 1. Microwave, this is at least 10 years old worth a fiver at a car boot, 2. Dining table, which cost me £10 in a car boot, 3. Two old wooden sofas (firewood) 4. Philips analogue TV, we dont have a Phillips TV, 5. DVD player, 6. Wardrobe, 7. chest of drawers. Total value of which would be less than £100. Apparently he told her he had to write something in there, so that was the standard inventory.
