  1. hi mattewjames22, go to www.nationaldebtline.co.uk their telephone number is also on there, and opening times, it is free advice, and they are extremely knowedgeable on all aspects of debt related issues, my concern for you is the interest they may add, and you need to get this frozen, speak to national debtline and tell them you have these pay day loans, come back and let us know how you get on, all the best hope this helps totiesquoties,
  2. Hi Alchymist, sorry to hear about your employment problems, things you can do, 1. look for another job as far away as possible from this one as it is making you ill 2. look at website www.acas.co.uk they deal with employment problems unfortunately a lot of work places are like this, i know of two already and people having very similar problems if they have time off genuinely sick, and bosses being extremely awkward wih staff, probably trying to get rid of them to cut staff in these hard times, you are not alone in this, believe me, hope this helps totiesquoties.
  3. 4. hi charlotte88, ring the sorn department up and explain to them what you have said in your posting here, that you did not know it had to be renewed each year, usually they send you a reminder in the post before the old one expires, but since you moved you never received any reminder if i am reading your post correct as you say the log book is in your old address, explain this all to them, as they are the only ones that can answerr this for you, hope this helps, come back and post again, totiesquoties.
  5. HI Night Owl, looks as though you did, not seen it since, but now had tremendous thunder storms today, rather have the frog than that any day.
  6. hi gml1968, do not ask your creditors, tell them you are going to pay £1.00 per month token payment, if you ask them, they will always say no, and national debtline will confirm this, and send the £1.00 to them with the letter, send recorded delivery, they cannot refuse a token payment, if this is all you really can afford, forget bankruptcy, and look at and ring www.nationaldebtline.co.uk whom will tell you all the above, hope this helps totiesquoties.
  7. hi chrispy125, with hindsite, it is always best to check the person selling anything out on e bay, feedback zero , when you paid on paypal, you probably used a debit or credit card, if so, ring your bank straight away, and see if they can refund you back into your bank account under indemnity, i had this done recently, and got refunded, nothing to do with e bay, but with anything you buy you are covered with some indemnity protection, but could be with visas only, or if debit card ask your bank, the fact they have ignored you now is not good, hope this helps come back and post and let us know how you get on with your bank. totiesquoties.
