  1. hi mewmewcat, i would speak to national debtline, a free debt helpline service, they are open monday to saturday, their opening hours and telephone number is on their website, www.nationaldebtline.co.uk they are excellent, best totiesquoties.
  2. hi night owl, i also gave some lengthy advice to someone on a post and the next minute it dissapeared and the post too, and have tried in vane to find the original post, but it has dissapeared into thin air, it was for someone who really needed help after their window had been smashed and paint splashed on their car, and they could not go to work, answer the phone, or leave the house, and i was giving advice to them, another glitch? AND YOUR ARE LOVED NIGHT OWL, I LUV YOUXX
  3. yes, talking always helps to get things off your chest, another thing that works too is if you write everything down, and it gets it out of your system, you always feel better after either, sometimes talking to a complete stranger can help more than someone you know, funnily enough airport the programe is on now on channel 11 freeview, have a look also on google and see complaints on ryanair, it may come up with something, and you can read, do not lose anymore sleep over this, they are not worth it, nice people work in hospitals, carers, etc, and other places, and not everyone is nasty, i am so glad you are feeling better. luv totiesquoties.xxx
  4. you see this sort of thing all the time on the airline programme, and yes, i totally agree, it should not happen, come back and post again, when you have some news. totiesquoties. p.s. your post probably was edited, as cag is careful what it puts on here in case of any liable or litigation, it has to protect the site, they do it will all posts.
  5. hi hughmilliated, i imagine you feel better already getting that all off your chest so to speak. first i would seriously think about what it is going to cost you to take this to court, solicitors fees, court fees, your time, your emotions going through it all, they will also be able to pay for the best solicitors or even barrister, since they have the money, and there is no guarantee at the end of it all you will win, then you will be even worse off financially. what i would do, is to write to the top person at Ryanair, the chief executive, michael o'leary, forget e mails, and phone calls, you need to write and explain everything and what you want, and send it recorded delivery, and keep a copy of your letter, and their reply, i know you are angry, which is understandable, but litigation is not a guarantee to getting any monies back, and try the sending of the letter first, hope this helps, totiesquoties.
  6. hi again lindsey, i did think it could be the engine, as burning a lot of oil, in my previous post, only know this from having cars, and always had cars in family, etc, and also sales of goods act, what you could do is write to the previous owner if they are not nearby, and explain what has happened and can they write back to you if they had this problem too, are you covered by any breakdown cover with the aa, rac, or other, they may bring back from the garage, not sure on this, but you could ask, you never know, get that monies back fom your bank on your visa card you paid on a.s.a.p. it is 120 days to claim, also find out if the garage is registered with any car body, some are members of and if any problems and the garage do not sort out, you can contact them, usually up on the garage wall, ours was, i will put my thinking cap on if i can think of anything else, you are in an awful situation, and would have been better not to take back to them to diagnose as you say, hope this helps totiesquoties. p.s also your still have 1 months WARRANTY left, what did this cover you for? also who is the garage, and do they have a website, they may have bodies on it that back them up and are covered by.
  7. hi bongobaz, have a good look on their website and see what there terms and conditions say on there, look at everything it says, hope this helps, totiesquoties. www.yourmove.co.uk
  8. hi gemspam, sorry to hear of what happened. do you have any family or friends that you can talk to about this, and let them know at the moment you do not like being on your own, and could one of them either come and stay with you till you get over this, or could you come and stay with them for a few weeks if you want to, i used to hold charity shows for Victim Support, and that is what they are there for to give support, i would give them another ring and tell them how you feel, and ask them to help you, have any neighbours had any problems like this, we had some years ago now a spate of windows being broken in the houses around, we thought it was just ours, until we mentioned to a neighbour, and found out it was the whole road, and surrounding area that had windows broken, the police soon stopped it, and we had no further problems, except it cost us £75.00 to replace the windows. also as mentioned, leave a light on so your never come home to a dark house, or a timer, although i am not a lover of timers, since i know a house was burnt down due to the timer itself, so threw ours out in the bin once i knew about that, also try camamile tea, it is very soothing, and good for the nerves, and not addictive. if you cannot speak to your employers at present, why not send them a letter explaining everything to them instead. i hope this helps , god bless, totiesquoties.
