No i defaulted first and then emailed a few times daily. Got no reply for over 2 weeks except automated responses. Then i emailed errol damelin who in turn had a Tarik Abdellah to contact me and a payment plan as been set up im paying £25/ month. Im an paying this via standing order.

Help again please Wonga have agreed a plan however we r disagreeing on total. Having read on here its the original loan plus one months interest. Excuse my naievty here but is this my loan and original interest or do i had on another 1 months interest on top. Sorry for not getting even thoughit seems easy ro understand.

Can i ask advice again please i will list my loans here and ask what will be my next step should be. PDUK 687 owing plan 69 per month but want my card detaiils Wonga 1358 owing but loan was 500. But wikl not respond to anything. WDA 300 plan 50 a month they have agreed. Lendung stream 1st loan 250 lending stream 2nd loan 150 These havent hassled at all no calls email or letters. Dont know why. My problem is that they all want bank card details to set up an account. Another major concern is wonga continually adding charges and not replying to any correspondence. Hi guys im back again not having any replies from any companies from my emails nor am i having any phone calls. I wrote to them explaining my change in circumstances but no reply except for lending stream who seem to be reasonable so far. But no agreement as yet. Maybe i shid send a different email asking them again. Any ideas hiw i shud word it please.

Hi All This is my first post, I have found myself in the ever increasing circle of debt to payday loans. I dont even know if i am posting this correctly if not can some one move it or advise me pleae. I have 6 payday loans I know stupid old me and found mysellf for over 12 months just rolling over each one and not decreasing my loan at all. This month i defaulted on all of them that was the 25th of May i Have written to each company involved explaining my circumstances and asked for a repayment plan i stopped all my dds and put a stop on my card. From next month my wages or little of them goes into a seperate account so here is my question. My original account was with Nat West which i have closed on the 26th after moving my wages. My new account is still with Nat west and i would like to know if any of the payday companies can access my new account even though it with a different branch and as a different sort code and account number. All help would be greatly appreciated. Im trying to stand on my own feet without having to rely on payday loans. Ps as im typing this lending stream have agreed to a repayment plan via email but want my bank details. Many Thanks bd1972

Hi All As this is my first thread will you correct if im in the wrong area. Here goes i have received a NIP from the safety camera partnership so after reading posts on this site I wrote off and requested the photographs. They sent me the photos and they clearly show a veichle crossing the lights at red but the car in question is not mine the number plate is different not even the same year and the best bit is i drive a corsa and the car in the photo is a mini. what do i do now write to them and inform them or do i goto court and make them look stupid? any help would be gratefully appreciated bd72:-D
