The contract was one of the newer contracts which gives you a contract for the phone and a separate agreement fro airtime . I am not denying the debt and want to pay O2 but they keep referring me to westcot. from the library I sent them the cca request and the reply have come back which I have uploaded . I just want so advice what to do next. Thanks Brian

Hi Guys today the ombudsman as got back to me regarding cash genie. Even though Cash Genie rejected my complaint I got a result they are refunding 265 to me. here is their email. Hi B I just wanted to update you about your complaint. I’ve not yet fully investigated your case but Cash Genie have been in touch with me to discuss some points. Cash Genie have put forward an offer based on interest re-calculations. This is something that they have been working with the Financial Conduct Authority on, where they are historically repaying any interest that may be owed to consumers. They have suggested that to settle your complaint, they will refund you £260. If you’d like to accept this offer then please let me know as soon as possible. -

Ericsbrother do you think this letter is suitable to send to the local judge asking for a strike out. Dear Judge Having written to Parking eye on the 6**** . Requesting sight of the contract between the landowner and themselves which shows they have a legal right to bring court action in their own namE under CPR 31.14 I am now asking for this claim to be struck out as it is vexatious. As they have not provided any proof of locus standi. As Parking Eye at the time of writing this letter as failed to deliver any reply to this.

Hi dx when i originally started they used to take 1st payment the same day loan was taken. The last 2 years or so they would take 1st payment 1 week after the loan is taken.

Hi guys just a quick question. I am slowly but surely getting myself back on my feet financially. Over the years I have used doorstep lenders such as shopacheck. In February I Will pay my last ever payment. My question is when I borrow money I would pay so much off then re loan this was a vicious circle that went on for years. Could I claim any of this money back as when I reloaned I would always pay off the interest and never receive the full amount of the new loan. It would be very nice if I could. Thanks bd
