  2. Bazooka Boo it may be for longer than that. if neil is in a payment plan and his cra file is marked AR (payment arrangement or arrangement to pay) then that marker stays on his file for 6 years after the account is settled. and is looked at as being worse than a default .

  7. first of i think you have got things wrong the 2.5 days per month is what you get holiday wise not that he can only go away for 2.5 days . 12 months = 30 days holiday which i very good you will take the 30 days over the period of 12 months ie. 2 weeks in july , 1 week in november ect.

  14. you will also find that a credit of some amount must be paid into the overdrawn account every 30 or 40 days , you can take it streight back out again but there must be a credit made to the account

  16. they have not breached dpa laws . all they have done is asked for the person they want and gave the company name so that they know who to call back simply and this is why the OFT , ICO are slowed down in dealing with important cases because people think it's FUN maybe a bit of common sense was needed here
