just spoke to the court and it was indeed link and the guy said i would have to speak to them about it

it does not tell me who the claimiant is only when and for how much which is a bit of a bummer if it is link then what ?

no idea how would i find out ?

am i right in waiting to see what link does and then can i ask for the CCJ to be set aside as i was never given any paper work regards going to court as we were no longer living at that address

hi dx100uk sorry did not reply but i work nights now so things are looking up for once to answer your questions. it was i think a GE Money credit card taken out in 2007 but after april got into difecultey when charges were £25 a shot so stopped paying. the debt is now £1000+ and i know it's riddled with bad charges which i can claim back if the heat get's to hot if you know what i mean. i do have a question thou' if i have not paid anything to the account for say 3 years and then they go get a ccj does that restart the statute barr target again, in other words wipe out the previous 3 years.?

cannot add charges or increase the debt as the accounts are closed. the terms that were agreed with the halifax are as follows. 1- Default the account 2- default marker to be placed on cra file 3- when 2 has been placed i will make repayments of £3.47 per month for 72 months. then was sent be email and over the phone as i record all calls in out out.

got this letter today. i do know that they did get a ccj by default as the address on ccj is old and the date is 6 months after we moved so did not get any paper work to defend if i wanted to. do they realy think i'm that stupid.

you book your flight with BA they provided your flights they did not leave you stranded as Ryanair air did and that is the case that they lost. end of the day better insurance and read the terms before not after, why is it also someone else fault

i would think so and when you print it off make sure you include all headers. before you print there should be somewere thats says veiw full headers click on this that way it will show where it came from without dispute.

don't forget that the statbard 6 years starts when you last made payment or acknowledged the account so i could already be statbard as some defaults go on the account some 6 months late DO NOT CONTACT THEM

if this has been sent to westclots when a payment arrangement was in place with natwest then they have to abide by the arangement you had with natwest, they cannot alter this as they have not bought it from them. and still pay natwest not westclots. and see if you have any charges that you can claim back

just write to them and thank them for asking for an I/E account after doing the one online with the CAB you find that you have been paying to much in the first place and are now going to reduce your monthly amount to £1 per month till things improve

do not threaten court unless you intend to follow though with it.
