I got my stay removed by cutting and pasting a letter from the library of this site and adding my relevant parts to the letter, it was done within a week of the court receiving it and I did not pay a fee, the day after the court removed the stay Lloyds settled in full.

Have you found it yet ?

I have mooreda, it states that if you pay by instalments you must pay the balance of the full premium, though I say why, my policy did not expire until Jan 2007, where does it say in English Law that I am not entitled to a refund ? And remember, banks give their customers a list of charges at the start of that contract which are now being challenged successfully all over the UK, so why cant I challange " if you pay by direct debit you must pay the balance in full " ???

Thanks Teddybear Before amending in court I have sent a letter to the chairman of the new company telling him I will be applying to the court to have his company named as the defendant, just in case he had no idea of the claim when he bought out the firm I was suing.

The acquisition of the company is of "the entire equity interests of the founding partners " ( who I am suing as a company ) their staff and entire client base.
