Hi zoe long time no peep onto your thread as you know im in court with them at the moment and even after repo, after court proceedings started etc I have received numerous lewis group and howard cohen letters along with a lovely default notice with arrears after termination they will try their luck with anything *rolls eyes* im now nearing the end of the court process thank goodness as their attitude stinks they cant even follow directions from the court.

Im afraid I disagree with your advice, from picking up the phone and trying to come to an amicable solution all I have ever received is snidey comments and bullying and that is from the branch manager. Written communication CAN and HAS been received on a personal level and not your normal standard print out, I have a whole lever arch file to prove it, will make lovely reading for the judge If they are so willing to come to an agreement that is suitable for both parties there is no reason this cant be conducted in writing.

What a joke! They are late AGAIN with me too - Witness Evidence due by 4pm today.....unless they are hand delivering they are late as postie has already been

Witness evidence to be exchanged by 4pm tomorrow, our side sent Thursday 1st class, will see if this is late as everything else has been. Thats everything bar the hearing fee then until 5 days before when court bundle needs to be done!

I bet it made his day Im glad it wasnt just you that found it amusing Well their SD is 'supposed' to be with me by 4pm Monday so my case wont hold them back with submitting AOS or defence Saying that witness evidence has to be submitted by 25th October so I may well get in the way yet with their decidedly slow response to my more than fair offer to settle

Thats exactly what I am doing for hubby she has to be with you but you speak on her behalf, you need to inform the usher on arrival so he can run it past judge but theres never normally a problem and if some twist of fate means they refuse (I have no idea on what grounds they could possibly but just to play devils advocate) you are already there to be mckenzie friend and show her what to say when without speaking for her

Received letter today dated 23rd sept from howard cohen outlining that i havent contacted tlg to pay the outstanding balance of £11,668.11 and full payment is expected by 30th sept to stop further action! letter for them coming right up!
