no not at the moment, i have 2 cards with them just waiting to see if they reply to my requests for a copy of cca because they wont accept reduced payments due to me being sick from work, they have already sent me 2 default letters i will post up if i receive anything else thanks

Hi clare dont worry about these people i requested a cca back in february still waiting:lol: dont let them scare you, listen to the good advice on this forum you will do fine i was like you ,but i have so much confidence now to stand up to these people, what ever you do dont talk to these people on the phone, everything in writing only good luck:-)

Hi all update with barclaycard, received a letter today the final response to the complaint, as far has there records they have provided me with all the information and therefore that the account is enforceable in accordence with the terms and conditions so basically they have told me to complain to the FOS, any off your good advice appriciated please:(

Hi ell-enn sorry i did not reply iv had so much going on, update with these horrible people giving us so much stress:mad: the arrears we going to pay extra 140 a month on top of our monthly payments over 12months they saying they are still going to charge us the £40 until the arrears have finished then they say we have got to come to some arrangements to pay the charges:mad: we have just receveied a letter from them adding anorther £200 my husband is so annoyed, any advice please i hope i have not confused you

Hi all update received a letter this morning because i have broke the reduced monthly plan so they going to consider further action they said they are going to issue me a default notice they say this is a serious letter and encourage me to respond, they are yet to send me a proper executed cca any advice would be appriciated please

Hi macushlamoon blair/oliver and scott are BOS in house debt collections department they can take out money from your bank account if you bank with BOS i would advise you to open anorther bank account
