Hi im having the same trouble i sent blaire,oliver+scott a request for a cca request that was way back on the 6th feb still no cca, yesterday i received a letter from the BOS complaints department

hi all any advice please, update received letter today they are disapointed that we are in a arrears on our account with them,so they are issueing a default notice they giving 14days to clear our arrears and avoid further action, has we have explained our situation me being off sick from work, we have sent all documents and evidence to show them why we caint pay our full morgage payments, they just keep sending letters harrassing us by telephone we are at our wits end they just dont listen to us any advice would most appriciate thanks
