    thanks for your reply yes i have sent all letters to the time scale,the letter in post 8 that was the last letter i received from BOS i have reported them to FOS for none compliant that was last week just wonder weather i should send oliver/blair a letter but they already now its in dispute:mad: any advice please

    HI try the co-op they do a basic account telephone number 08457212212 you can open account over the phone with out no fuss, hope this helps good luck:)

    Hi all having same trouble with TSB i have sent them 2 letters still dont listen:-x still ringing me 2/3 times aday

    Hi pete im still waiting for mine the 12days were up on the 16thmay still harrassing me by telephone for payments, allthou i have sent them 2 letters to stop phoneing me but they dont take any notice so we will have to sit tight and wait together good luck

    Thanks both for your replys:) i have reported them to the FOS for non compliant of my request the address that is on the letter does not exsist a number have times i have tracked and trace on the web, and i have also telephoned, the lady i spoke to said it should have been delivered by now so a letter of to FOS is in order hopefully i will get it sorted

    yes i to agree lloyds collections do phone late on sundays and all orther days, when you send them the harrassment letter it still does not stop them so i have sent them anorther one:-x
