It's got court stamp and claim no. Daughter has been on to the police but they are not intrested.

My daughter has recieved a letter from the the above and a claim form from northampton county court. It looks like her ex partner has been buying goods online useing her details but useing a false sir name. Most thankful for any help recieved.

Sorry its been so long but the muppets are at it again, after reporting them to the T S and asking for a copy of their complaints procedure i heard nothing until tonight when i got a phone call from them. No security questions, just straigt into how i owe them money when i told the silly girl (no disrespect to normal femals) it was in dispute with credit resources and this was explained in my last 3 letters to them and they had already been reported to T S she got quite irate and hung up on me shame!!!. Any one know how i can get rid of these muppets for good ?.

A friend of mine has just come out of a mently abusive relationship and has had her first driving lesson on monday and today she passad her theory driving test first time, now some of you may say "so" the fact that she has had 3 brain operations and her consentraction is not the best at the best of times,plus she has 4 kids, 1 of which is dissabled and she helped me through a verry messy seperation last year. DARLING, IM SO PROUD OF YOU.;)

Hi all got a letter from stephensons today and the upshot is the BOS is in their words "is not compliant with the bill of sale act 1978" so ive got a case for taking the car without a compliant BOS. Now in regards to the cca he seems to think its enforseable even though the original cca was never signed by them, can any of the legal bods tell me what they think? many thanks in advance.

Hi oldbirdie Do nothing, they know the law if they send any demands for payment report them.

Hi all phoned stephenson solicitors today and when i said the words TFC i'm sure i heard her think aloud "not a nother one", any way they are going to ring me on monday for all the imformation and give me a fax no so i can send all the paperwork across. Will update soon as i get anything to report.

Thanks gillypam Will ring them tomorrow,but think it is unenforceable because the CCA was not signed by them and sent back to me within 7 days it was given to me at the car dealership the dad i got the car. Let them explain to a judge why it has taken nearly 3 years to send me a CCA signed by both parties. The one i posted on my thread i got after i SAR'D TFC last month plus the BOS does not bear the high court seal and the car was repoed with out any ofishal paperwork but this was pr-cag and i will be looking into that as well.

Could someone help me out hear. Correct me if im wrong but a cca needs to be signed by both parties with 7 days and for me to recieve a copy signed by both parties within that time. Now i signed the cca on the 10/10/05 i did not see a signed copy by both parties until i sent a cca request to scotcall on the 24/06/08, i also have abreak down of all phonecalls and letters between TFC and myself in witch it says "27/6/08 letter from scotcall on behalf of customer requesting copy of agreement". Would this not make the CCA invalid without a court order?,also i have paid over a 3rd of the total amount owed. Any help would be most grateful.
