Hi there. Was wondering if someone could have a look at these various documents ( if i get the hang of scanning ). I'm not sure if there is anything i can claim from these. Basically i took out a mortgage in August 2004 ( I'm not with these anymore due to early repayment ) and dont understand the charges. I have to say i dont think i'll be going down the road of claiming ERC due to what i've read on here ( unless someone can tell me any different ) but may be able to get exit fees, not sure though which ones these are on the docs. Could be worded different than "exit fees" Also i dont know what Prefered mortgages were charging at the time as it does'nt say on the mortgage offer. Many thanks in advance Hopefully i'll get these doc on. 1 - The first document is from my mortgage offer. 2 - The second document is my redemption statement ( from when i redemed the mortgage ) 3 - The third document is my completion statement when re-mortgage went through ( this has got charges payable to previous lender) The repayment of mortgage with Prefered Mortgages £58167.76 includes charges set out in document 2. 4 - 4th document. Hav'nt got a clue ? :? Seems a bit excessive ! 5 - 5th document, just a little extra to point out on the mortgage illustration that there will be a 6% early repayment penalty ( not charge ) proberbly irrelevant but amounted to over £3000 Hope you understand all that. Hi BO. Its becoming quite a competition this now x Yeh ! hav'nt slept all night . Did try, but me head is so full of sh*te at the moment. You know how it is , things just wirring round inside there. You try to put things in order in your head but end up making things worse. Anyway it's a good job it's Sunday. Arh, thanks for that. I'm no good with cutting and pasting. Have you heard anything. Did you do your CCA ? I've managed to clear off connoughts as well ( different thread ) just waiting to hear from 1st credit on that one so up to now DCAs 0:p - DOBBYDOG 2:D. Far from out of the woods though :-|

CCA went off on Monday to Scotcall (sorry my first post said it was capquest but actually it was scotcall acting on behalf of capquest) Got reply today. Have no agreement so passed back to capquest. Started a new thread on this Scotcall Admit No Agreement ! Round 2 To Come With Capquest !!

SAR sent off today. Thought i best go down this route first. Get things in order ie- facts and figures. You never know something else might crop up

Scotcall admit they cannot enforce my debt as they dont have an agreement . CCA sent 28/08 letter back today stating they have contacted their client who i will shortly be hearing from as they have returned account to them. Round 1 to me i think There client are no less than Capquest. I'll just wait for them to contact me. Is this right ? Have been reading through the threads to see what might be in store for me but any advice would be truly gratefully received. x Capquest have obviously bought this debt from cap 1 and only recently cropped up due to me requesting copy of credit ref. I have to say that i am no longer scared and intimidated by these people as i was before joining the forum. I'm not scared of the post anymore. In fact iv'e started to look forward to it. I can open my curtains and answer my door without being s*** scared any longer, as if one of these parasites does turn up i know exactly what to do. Bring it on !! loving it Having said all that i dont really know what to expect from capquest :? so any advice or help would be great. Many thanks x

Yeh did read your last post. You much better with wording than i am ( scared me ) lol The interest rate on the mortgage was 7%. I havnt done SAR as yet as i didnt think i needed to but maybe i do. I have since re-morgaged last year with the same broker and no mention of ppi on new documents.

Hey there. No problem ! I really had to get out of there ! Anyway thanks for the reply. I dont know what the interest would have been or even if there was any. These are the only documents i have. Bit stuck really. It appears to be a 1 off payment so dont know.

Ok you obviously work in this area as you feel so strongly about the subject !!! I just want to say though how hard it is for people like me and hellhasnofury. We try as best as we can to stick to parking regs ( i certainly dont think i am above everyone else and that i should be given special treatment ) but when i have a rapid response call to attend to someone that needs me and they live in a parking resticted area then my job becomes very difficult. The health trust are no help in this as wev'e all been down that road many times. Also they wont issue us with anything to display on our cars as that is putting us at risk as some people may think we have drugs in there ( fair enough ) !! I dont know what the answer is but please dont say we try to get off with things just because of the job we do.

Unfortunatly we in the North West arn't blessed with a green card system ! We get no help whatsoever. It would be possible to identify who is who as it is a requirement to carry an ID badge which says who you are, what you do and who you work for even for health care workers who wear casual clothing and drive 'normal' cars, so possible to identify who is genuine ?
