  1. Who do you mean? Sainsburys or RWC? If Sainsburys don't respond at all, does this have any legal implications? Thanks, A.
  2. Do you think I should tell them that I SAR'd Sainsburys and they've yet to get back to me? I sent it on 27/03/08 and they signed for it 31/03/08. Thanks, A.
  3. Oh and I forgot to mention that RWC are actually playing me at my game and sent this letter recorded delivery
  4. Hi, I've created a new thread as it pertains to 2 separate threads I sent RWC a letter relating to the Sainsburys account and the fact that they keep ringing me even though I've told them not to. I got a reply stating they would respond no later than 4 weeks. I got this yesterday: The interesting part is the fact that they say that I haven't complained about the HSBC account, which in fact I did here. Also, they've sent documentation for this account which they didn't send originally, they originally sent a competitor balance transfer request form which they've sent again but this time with other forms from HSBC. I did send a letter to them stating that this account was unenforceable but they're still saying otherwise. What should I do about this? Thanks, A.
  5. I asked for the same, I go no response and had to come up with my own. It seems to be something that is specific to your own circumstances. A.
  6. Also, are you taking in account the charge added on for the loan, so the loan ends up being a bit huge. Also, there are not 2 free months payments, but rather the payments start 2 months after the date on the agreement. A.
  7. Did you send it special delivery and write "payment enclosed" on it? Was it opened? A.
  8. Hmmm, well, I have to send a letter to the DCA ASAP, so I'll add that in for good measure. I'm also going to SAR Sainsburys. How did you come by that calculation? Also, how reliable is the info regarding the APR? Thanks, A.
  9. I have this address on the final letter they sent me regarding my account "being considered for sale" by SB, anyone know if this is the correct one? Sainsburys Bank Account Services, PO Box 66. Rosyth KY11 2WG That letter was Sept 2007. Thanks, A.
  10. Yeah, AFAIK these ones were not sold on. Thanks, A.
  11. Ok, but would the OC's have the details of the extra charges added by DCA's? A.
  12. Like the title says, really. I'm sure some of these were over inflated with interested and charges, but this was before I found this site. A lot (most) of these were passed from DCA to DCA and it was these who added charges (mostly), so do I SAR all the DCA's or just the original creditor? Ta, A.
  13. Erm, everything was paid up to date up until about 3 years ago when things went pear shaped. I had been paying Sainsburys via Blair, Oliver & Scott (not as much as the original payment plan) and this was before I found this site. A.
  14. Ok, here's the form scanned in and remodified:
  15. I think I've mentioned this before, but I did get a letter from Sainsburys saying that they were looking to sell the debt on, they never confirmed they sold it nor who to. I'll be trying to come up with a letter to send to RWC and post that soonish. I'll be S.A.R'ing Sainsburys as stated above too. Thanks, A.
  16. I've had more calls from these morons. I shall be sending the this letter which will be interesting. A.
  17. Also, in my searches, I found this message regarding ownership of debt, is there a way to find out whether the DCA has total ownership or joint ownership of a debt? Thanks, A.
  18. Just going over my documentation, I CCA's them on 23/01/08 and they responded with a CCA on 05/03/08 which is over the 12 days required by law. Does this have any impact on things? Ta, A.
  19. I'm sort of more bothered about how to word this considering they sent me a CCA. A.
  20. I'm not that bothered about the interest rates, it was 7.9% I think. The bronze did not cover me for being out of work for any reason like I expected it to. I originally had a silver (I think) but for some reason they knocked it down ad I didn't really take much notice at the time. I can't remember. A.
  21. Ok, will S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) Sainsburys. Now is there a template dispute I can send to RCW? What will then be the outcome? i.e. I take it RCW will continue to send letters requesting payment, threatening court action, etc now they have sent the CCA. Do they have to wait for Sainsburys to comply with the SAR? Once I have the SAR, what do I do? Thanks in (quite) advance, A.
