Hi, It's been a while since I've been here, but I'm needing to send off a CCA again, but the wording in the final message is confusing: "pop what?" The CCA or the proof of posting? And then get another PoP? Thanks, A.

Obviously must've been important, otherwise, why post it? I don't have a problem doing that, I've done it, I was asking what the point of a post with no links to the thing it's talking about. -

Your last one, #44 which goes to a post: No link in there, nothing on the site about cagmail that I can see or found using the search. -

There really needs to be a link inside that post. No clue how to do that cagmail thing, that link is useless. -

Still need to edit it, where it says to "insert ..." You even say to edit it rather than send as is in that post. I assume the [] in point one should be done also, doesn't say "insert." -

Doing that now, so can get it in the last post and they get a nice new years surprise! Should I send a copy to the "courts?" I assume the text in square brackets here is to stay? -

I have done the AOS, I stated I was going to part admit, i.e. I admit £1 to cover the time, but not 185! I also didn't expect they'd want all financial information, what a joke! My finances are a mess and a bit weird. -

I've logged into that site, finally! I don't really know which form to complete, tbh, my main issue is that their "charge" of £185 , £20 is more like it. Just realised I'm late It's your user id. -

Why do I need to write this down? What do AOS and CPR mean? Note to admins, also, this editor is crap for quoting, how do I go to markdown? -

Hi, I have received the court claim today. I will upload the photos I managed to get, but I couldn't get them sooner they'd changed out the machines and I'm certain there was something blocking the other machine at the time I was there, there is nothing blocking it now and the sign can be seen from where I was. I will post the images and the claim as soon as I get them all sorted. Here's the claim form, I think I've edited it enough. I think it's extortionate what they're asking for. Here are the photos: 1) This is the machine which was covered up. 2) This is where I was sitting waiting for someone, the green arrow is the other machine which is hard to see / notice. 3) This is the first meter, I could see it was covered there. 4) This is the second meter on the way in, but who ever looks to the right? Only if the left side is full, right? 5) Second again, close up. I've colour coded the meters with arrows. park.pdf -

It's pretty much the same as the above, with the same photos, just with more red and "£160!!" -

There are actually 2 meters, I didn't notice the other one until I left. -

Thing is, the main meter was covered up / out of order when I was there, but I doubt it is now. -

Because when people try to extort money out of me, it's essentially a fine of sorts. -

I went and waited fora friend in a car park in wakefield, was there for about half an hour before he showed up, we then left and went somewhere else. I forgot to get a ticket. -
Got a letter today from Scotcall saying they intend to visit to recover the amount. The last time I sent any letters to robway was 21/05/2008. Obviously they've sent many to me. What do I do now? Send http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?387366-Harassment-amp-Threat-of-Doorstep-Visit or the statute barred one and who to, scotcall, robway or both? Ta.
