  1. Thank for you the clarification. So does that mean we don't need to include 4.10 printout? Have already printed so eitherway is fine
  2. Any advice would be appreciated. Want to send off bundle today if possible....
  3. Did you send the SAR from the templates here along with the £10.00? They will have the information so just go back to them and request it again and advise that you will report them to Financial ombudsman if they are saying they have destroyed data relating to your account.
  4. Can someone confirm that in the witness statement. "24. Some inference on unauthorized overdraft charges can be seen in the banks’ moves to fee-free accounts, as analysed in Appendix 4.8. As covered previously, Ulster’s proposals for fee-free banking rebalanced to an extent the loss of fee-income from transactions with an increase in unauthorized overdraft charges. BoI had developed proposals for a similar fee-free account where income loss would be approximately offset by increased unauthorized overdraft charges. " that Appendix should be 4.10 as this is the link that is listed in the index? Don't want to send this off if has wrong attachment...

Hi Same thing happened to me but for just under 200 quids worth. I have completed at N244 form to ask the judge if I can amend my POC. You have to pay £35 to do this and it's non refundable so you'll need to decide if it's worth if for effectively one charge.

Lula This is the estimate given in the basic court bundle witness statement. I have also used the same. Is this incorrect?
  7. Any more updates Abroadgirl? Have Abbey tried to negotiate yet?
  8. Thanks for the reply. Bundle just seems to be growing day by day!
  9. Just looking over the updated bundle and do we need to include all the t&c's for all the years listed or just the year the account was opened?
  10. cool, just checking! Have you done your bundle yet?
  11. Leecabs, did you send a copy of the Without Prejudice letter to the court?
  12. Hi If you haven't started with court route yet then you are still ok to claim for interest. Most people don't actually ask for this back until this stage so you are still ok. Remember that if you do complete MCOL or N1 form then you need to make sure that you have knocked off the gogw if the money has cleared. If not claim the full amount. You will also need to inform Abbey that you are accepting the gogw as a part payment NOT full and final settlement. Hope this helps.

  14. You can try INGA.KIRKMAN@ABBEY.COM. Good luck
  15. You should contact them again and give them a nudge.. Have you already informed the court that your case has been settled?

Finished my bundle... But after going over all statements and matching up charges, etc found another £300 worth.. Will definately be amended my original claim if allowed! Can't believe I missed that many first time round.
  17. Hi Leecabs Looks good to me. You can only try and it won't hurt if it does go to court either.
  18. Thank you. Think mine works out to 67p per day.

I'm not mad.. honest! Last statement showed balance at -£100... Then I got chasing letters for £160.00... so as I hadn't used the account the £60 was additional charges.. If that makes sense.

    Feater v Abbey

Actually no need to panic.. remember now.. It was the difference between my last statement and a chasing letter to clear the balance.. I hadn't used the account in over 2 months so I know this was more charges..

    Feater v Abbey

Hi Reka Thanks for the reply. It's not really the additional charges that I'm concerned about, it's the extra £60 which I have included on my original claim but now can't find the letter with the charge details on...
  22. The claimant claims interest under section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at the rate of 8% a year, from 2003 to 2007 of £ 304.56 and also interest at the same rate up to the date of judgment or earlier payment at a daily rate of ??? Any ideas what this should be? Should it be a set amount that everyone is using or is it dependent on the amount you are claiming...?
  23. Call the court and explain that your away. There was no AQ requested so you were unable to specify which dates you wouldn't be able to attend.

just gone over my statements against my charges list and I know there was a charge of 60 quid from a letter notifying me of the charge but now I can't find it and it's not listed on my statement... I also notice I've missed about 70 quid off which I've now noticed on one of my statements. Should I ask to amend the claim or hope they wont' notice? Really dont' want to ruin my case over this..
