Very good question. If you are actually requesting the charges I see no reason why they would need 10.00. It seems they have the wrong end of the stick. Simply return the letter and state that this is a request for repayment of charges, and you do not expect to be charged to have the money reimbursed. Remind them of your timetable and that you will not hesitate to commence court action as previously stated.

I think this may be a case of poor training in the branch.

I've added a link to your thread so other business claimants will be able to spot you are claiming and offer support, both practical and moral.

Hi Boost.

Welcome to the club lol

I'm claiming against Yorkshire for my friend (13.5K) who like you is a sole trader. Like caro said don't know why they want £10, that's adding insult to injury isn't it!

We are currently waiting to hear what there defence is. If it's not to nosey how much you claiming?

Good luck no matter how much it is.

Got it thanks boost. Can I just confirm, I believe that you already had your statements so you didn't need to do a SAR. You are not the only one to be asked for this.

I see you are online at the moment. Can you join me in the chatroom for a minute please.
