hello everyone i am a sole trader and have a business account with yorkshire prelim letter sent with schedule of charges 14/02/07 recorded post,letter sent back to me with comp slip say in order to process need cheque for £10 LBA sent with schedule of charges 1/03/07 recorded,letter sent back again requesting £10,e is this stalling by the branch shall i proceed with claim :idea:
