Received Judgment on a letter dated 31st May saying that Citi's defence had been struck out as they had failed to supply their documentation.

 

The order is dated 16th May.

 

Should I phone Citi and ask them When they will be paying? or do i just go and get a Warrant and send in the Bailiffs?

 

Does anyone have the phone number I should use to speak to Citi about their outstanding debt ?

get onto the court for a warrant to be issued.

 

Don't be surprised if they cry to he court like little gurlies about not getting the paperwork paperwork,and for the judgement to get set aside.

As far as I can see allowing for time for the letter to be deemed served, they only have till tomorrow to get the judgment set-aside.

 

I just thought it may be quicker if i contacted them to see if they wanted to pay their debt without me resorting to the bailiffs

don't give them any leeway-they wouldn't give you any......and make sure the press are notified if and when the bailiffs have to go in!!

Dont be fooled by citi

they can get a set aside anytime even after you sent the bailifs in, I called the court after i obtained judgement against them and was told there is no time limit for them to apply for a set aside, they flout the rules all the time...GC
