Immense thanks to Mike and team at Govan Law Centre and to Zootscoot for making it available to us on the site.

Vital spark v Lloyds Tsb

2nd November 2006: 1st letter, requesting back statements, hand delivered to lloyds TSB: got receipt.

I have received the information on my accounts going back 6 (six) years but not going back to the begining of my hsitory with the bank, as I requested.

Think I'd best send a letter suggesting they send the lot and informing them that I have already paid the £10 for such information.

Mairi's awaiting my details so that she can help me work out the interest due on the charges taken.

Personal: growing and changing while ever remaining the same. Get to know me and tell me what I'm like coz I can't figure me out.

Here is a good link which gives phone numbers and locations of sheriff courts

Court Locations

Anyone wishing an update could phone their sheriff court seeking an informed view.

Please post responses here to provide an update on the Scottish situation. This will help yourr fellow caggers!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW, phoned Dingwall. Cases proceeding depending on merits of each case, much as before announcement of OFT case even although sists requested. A lot of cases are not even defended. (Dingwall is remote!!)

Any advice given by me is based solely on my experience in claiming, my experience in CAG or my opinion. I have no legal background. I want to encourage others to reclaim what is theirs.

Got a DCA breaking OFT guidance. Complain to the OFT about the DCA. Help put an end to these practices-

Thanks Kenny.

As usual, your posts are most helpful and interesting but I am not allowed to tip your scales again. Apparently I have to spread some reputation around first. :-)

Maggie_the_Pict on a bad hair day. LOL!
