Hi all,

I have been going through the process of claiming my charges back, i am now at the filing at court stage, the interest i was claiming is just the normal 8% i have now decided that i want to claim their interest of 34.9%, is it too late to now add this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

I take it that you mean you now want to claim compound contractual interest? This should be claimed in your prelim letter and LBA so you should send these letters again with new SOC's or you could run into trouble later on.

Good luck!

you might want to reconsider in light of this recent High Court ruling against CCI

See what you think!

Personally I am dropping my CCI claims now.

Good luck

I WON :)

They sent me a full settlement letter on the 19 july for the amount of £1320.43 they cleared what i owed them and are sending me a cheque for the rest £422.81

I was at the court stage and they had till the 20th july to reply to the court.

How long have the cheques been taking to arrive or do they drag this out aswell?

Thanks for all the help and will send a donation asap
