first of all id like to thank everyone for the time and hard work put in to this exellent site.

 

im new to posting so any mistakes i make ill say sorry now.

I have used this site to get me to this point in my claim and this morning i recieved my court date for the 7th september, at 2pm. Im at the moment putting my court bundle together and have used the one from the template library and am following the guide to the later stages but id welcome any suggestions of anything else i could include as it has to be in by begining of july an im stressing about missing something thank you to anybody who replys**

hello there sorry if i didnt say its in England an has been allocated 30mins is that usual. I have to admit it is a daunting prospect having to do this.....but its my money nearly 4 thousand they owe me and the financial hardship i suffered due to them makes my blood boil

cheers! its been a long process where people get that you get your money back in 6 to 8 weeks i do not know this started for me in october last year. an have never even had an offer of them yet..

4mykids my process started in Sept last year and I got no offers throughout but they paid up in full the day before court ;) Not long left for you now.
