Don't contact Nationwide, if they can't get it right by thermselves then don't remind them.

Hi

 

Another Nationwide customer or ex-customer here. I have sent both initial letter and LBA to them. Nationwide reckons its unfair on their other penalty paying clients were they to refund my charges:-o I however had asked for either explanation of the "charges" or a complete write off. Do I reply to their latest letter , point out they are side stepping the issue or do I take them through the court process ? Pls guide

MCOL of take N.1 form into the local courts.

 

Show them what unfair is.:D

panicstricken i can understand a little how you feel,from someone who is stessed to F*** and ive only sent my prelim!!! just try n stay calm,this site is sooooooooo helpful and informative,that surely we cant fail to win if we follow the tried n tested formula,im watching and reading with interest to see how you progress,:)
