Finance Companies? Are they included?

As this is not concerning banks I have decided to post here.

 

Im interested as to whether the info on the site is only valid for bank or credit card companies.

 

Can it also be used against loan companies or finance companies who like to send out their costly letters any time a payment isnt made.

 

Lets not forget that its not just the banks that charge us when a payment isnt made.

 

I missed1 car payment due to insufficient funds and the accumulated costs (charge from bank(took me overdrawn) further chage for unauthorized overdraft, charge by finance company) was over £110, FOR 1 PAYMENT!!!!!

 

I would like to hear what the forum views are on this.

Start a thread under "other institutions", listing the company.
