hi all, settled with the halifax last week got an offer from the a&l for 720

claiming 1500 turned it down because of the way the women was on the phone anyway now having massive panic attack over the lloyds business

a&l were served with court papers on the 13th am going back through everything can't find t & c has any one else needed them when they got to court

My advice, dudes, (FWIW) is not to panic.

Lloyd's case was a fluke win for them, so much so it even took THEM by surprise!

You should be able to get a copy of the T&Cs from your local branch. Unless they've run out copies after being inundated with requests for them, lol.

I've lost count of the number of the things I've chucked in the bin, seems they update them every five minutes.

Hi blue , we seem to be at the exact same stage. I also received acknowledgement from Wragge & Co. today also signed be a trainee.

I think they've took on a load of YTS trainees to cope with the influx of new claims. I wouldnt worry too much about the Lloyds case , it can't set a precedent in a County Court. Good luck with your claim.
